Danish Wildlife Photographers Lars Kundsen & Kim Nielsen Visit Wildlife Dreams
Lars Kundsen – a wolf photographer becoming a bird photographer after his visit to Wildlife Dreams hides!
Kim Nielsen – a wildlife photographer with a passion.
Both of these photographers saw Ashley Barnard’s YouTube video of Wildlife Dreams hide complex and decided to come to Estonia for its birdlife.
They visited 2 hides in Estonia – Natourest for bears and Wildlife Dreams for birds of prey, woodland birds and our reflection pools, kingfisher and woodpecker set-ups.
What they loved was that the complex has 5 hides in one, so you could move around easily and not disturb the wildlife.
This was especially important when a buzzard – which is normally a skittish animal – landed on the woodpecker feeding post. They enjoyed moving from the reflection pool window in the valley hide to the reflection pools hide and then on to the woodpecker window, giving 3 different angles and light but also showing that photographers can get a range of different images. A goshawk also landed in front of the valley hide – fantastic opportunity for bird photography.
Both photographers have already booked for winter photography and looking forward to using our hide complex in future as its only a 90 minute flight from Denmark.
