6.1 Prices are based on the costs, taxes, fees, exchange rates and supplier prices applicable at the time the quotation is issued, or the booking is confirmed.

6.5 Where a price increase is permitted under applicable package-travel legislation, we will provide the required notification, justification and calculation within the applicable statutory period.
6.6 Where a price increase exceeds a statutory threshold giving you a right to terminate the contract without a termination fee, you will be informed of those rights and may exercise them in accordance with applicable law.
6.7 If a government introduces a compulsory travel insurance requirement, tourist levy, visa charge, entry fee or similar mandatory cost after your booking has been made, Wildlife Dreams may pass that cost on to you.

8.5 Where an alternative Event is less expensive, any required price reduction will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
8.6 We will not be liable for losses or expenses that the law permits us to exclude, but nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
- CANCELLATION BY YOU
9.1 You may cancel your booking by providing written notice to Wildlife Dreams.
9.2 Cancellation charges will depend upon the date on which we receive your written cancellation, and the costs incurred or committed by Wildlife Dreams and our suppliers.
